Sometimes, we are tired, not of the other, but of how we are relating with the other. And often, it can be really scary to face these things ourselves.
Let this last month of winter be an opportunity to release and cleanse what weighs us down, so we can plant new dreams in the new season.
Join us for a mini-series of 3 writing sessions to free whatever trapped or tired energy there is in you, and approach spring with fresh openness.
Write to release, renew, and return to a place of love that you are.
Rosslyn is many things, relaxing and expanding as a Poet x Author x Healer x Integral Coach x Knitter x Designer x Omg, so much more! A series of punctuations: she is a still point; a living question; a radiant…pulsating…being…of light…. At her core, she is an Inquirer—an eternal mystery unfolding, ripening into her ongoing question of Who x What sits as the intersection point.
Author of The Weight of My Soul: Uncovering My Significance, and weekly newsletter The Dandelion Notes. Through writing, she invites you on an adventure with her to discover and truly know: You…are…so…much…more…

When we’re stressed, or during times of great change, our sense of possibility may become compacted. Time to loosen the soil!
In this Amherst Writers and Artists (AWA) writing group, we’ll have an opportunity to release outdated ideas about ourselves and life and to make room for green shoots of possibility to poke through.
We’ll write twice, for fifteen minutes. I’ll provide us with prompts to get us started but where you go is completely up to you. We aren’t trying to write anything “good”. We’re exploring, loosening the ground, making room for anything that needs to emerge. After we write, anyone who wants to can read what they’ve written.
