No, this retreat involves trauma informed practices to support healing and growth. Designed for individuals who wish to explore the deep connection between the three centers of intelligence (head, heart, and body). The retreat is not a treatment for any psychological distress or discomfort.
This retreat will consist of daily activities inviting you to engage in practices that may better your understanding of the concepts in this retreat. Activities are invitational and there is permission to opt-in/out. Each activity will be done in a timely manner and follows a schedule as each center will be focused throughout certain times of the day.
The group experience will feel supportive, transformative, and deeply engaging. Creating a safe environment where everyone is invited to explore and grow at their own pace. Expect a balance of reflection, learning, and connection with others who share a commitment to healing both personally and collectively.

There are no refunds, if you cannot participate, funds will be distributed to support scholarships for REPAIR participants. Any in-person or virtual attendees who can’t make it live will be sent a recording of the lectures from the weekend.
