James’s immense curiosity about people and life—and mostly about how to be useful to others—led him to develop the practical and customized methodology known as Integral Coaching®, a uniquely effective approach that integrates recent discoveries in biology, linguistics, developmental psychology, and twentieth-century philosophy. He introduced this approach through New Ventures West, which he founded in 1987. He is the author of Coaching: Evoking Excellence in Others, widely recognized as a seminal text in the field of coach education and used internationally in universities and coach training institutions.

On a daily basis, Christy draws on an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Social Work from Spalding University with a dual focus in social entrepreneurialism and clinical studies, and an Integral Coach Certification through New Ventures West, as well as decades of experience in a leadership. Christy has received many recognitions for her contributions to the community including being named the 25 Most Admired Leaders of 2021 and 2018 by Phoenix Business Journal.

Anu is Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, the world’s largest executive search and coaching firm, and a member of the CEO and Board Services practice. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anu was a Senior Partner at IBM where he led the global strategy practice for healthcare and life sciences industries.
Before IBM, Anu was part of the management team at a HealthTech start-up. Other key roles have included: Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a senior leader in the healthcare strategy practice and the Global Leader for Digital Health for BCG Digital Ventures (a BCG wholly owned Corporate Venture Capital Firm); Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, and a Partner at Deloitte, also focusing his work in healthcare and HealthTech.
His volunteer roles, in addition to serving on the Board of NI2C have included: Service as a Trustee for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, mentorship at BluePrint Health and The Women’s Mentoring Initiative sponsored by Senator Kristin Gillibrand. A 3-time combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, decorated physician, and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Kenneth is uniquely positioned to spearhead people, systems, and initiatives with tremendous global scope. He has held a seat at the table in top-level military executive positions for 10+ years, influencing strategy related to human capital, mental health, and general medical leadership focused on the most profound national and global problems.
In his role as the US Navy’s Director for Mental Health Policy and Oversight, Kenneth oversees vast-scope operations and policymaking across the entire DoD, a $53B global integrated military health system with 190K+ personnel serving 9.6M beneficiaries. While in this position, he has chaired and co-chaired DoD and interagency committees, confronting critical national issues, including addictive substance misuse, sexual assault prevention strategy, opioid misuse mitigation strategy, and national suicide prevention strategy.
Kenneth is a highly active board and committee leader who has served in numerous roles, including Scientific Advisory Board Member for ServareGMP, Co-Chair for the DoD’s Addictive Substance Misuse Advisory Committee (ASMAC), and Member of the Suicide Prevention and Risk Reduction Committee (SPARRC). Diane is an artist, creative, and life long learner who brings along a sense of curiosity and wonder around understanding herself and relationships. "It's still a journey for me, and I really love supporting others who have challenges and are ready to explore that with softness and tender holding space." Diane values community and has been a part of many circles that have contributed to her ability to bring tenderness to difficulty, including Enneagram studies through the School of Conscious Living, Russ Hudson, and The Enneagram Prison Project.
