Our Board of Directors

James’s immense curiosity about people and life—and mostly about how to be useful to others—led him to develop the practical and customized methodology known as Integral Coaching®, a uniquely effective approach that integrates recent discoveries in biology, linguistics, developmental psychology, and twentieth-century philosophy. He introduced this approach through New Ventures West, which he founded in 1987. He is the author of Coaching: Evoking Excellence in Others, widely recognized as a seminal text in the field of coach education and used internationally in universities and coach training institutions.

James is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He is a longtime Zen student and also practices yoga and qigong.

Christy's coaching thoughtfully and strategically supports clients in managing complex change and unlocking human potential. And in her program development and training projects, Christy fuses her 30 years of experience as an accomplished and award-winning executive leader with her passion for discovering and strengthening competencies and self-awareness in others.

On a daily basis, Christy draws on an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Social Work from Spalding University with a dual focus in social entrepreneurialism and clinical studies, and an Integral Coach Certification through New Ventures West, as well as decades of experience in a leadership. Christy has received many recognitions for her contributions to the community including being named the 25 Most Admired Leaders of 2021 and 2018 by Phoenix Business Journal.

In addition to being a student of Soto Zen, Enneagram and the Fourth Way teachings, Christy enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, and live music performances.

Camilla’s coaching and teaching draw on a diverse education culled from a variety of traditions culminating in a unique approach that allows her clients to see themselves, and nuanced aspects of their lives, with greater clarity, thereby enabling them to approach life more skillfully.

Camilla received her Professional Certified Coach designation from New Ventures West (Integral Coaching®), graduated from San Francisco State University’s Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program (Positive Psychology), is a certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram Training Institute teacher. She is also certified in Nine Domains/Innovation Circles (Team Development) and My Brain Solutions Leadership Coaching (Evidence-Based Brain Training). In addition, Camilla has taken courses in Holistic Health, and Leadership Embodiment, and most recently, she worked as a Lead Guide with Enneagram Prison Project.

After 35 years as a strategy management consultant, Anu now coaches and consults with a focus on serving the individual, rather than just the business problem. He is convinced of the ability of humans to change and grow - our characters, our ways of thinking and feeling, and our behaviors, are all trainable.

Anu is Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, the world’s largest executive search and coaching firm, and a member of the CEO and Board Services practice. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anu was a Senior Partner at IBM where he led the global strategy practice for healthcare and life sciences industries.

Before IBM, Anu was part of the management team at a HealthTech start-up. Other key roles have included: Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a senior leader in the healthcare strategy practice and the Global Leader for Digital Health for BCG Digital Ventures (a BCG wholly owned Corporate Venture Capital Firm); Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, and a Partner at Deloitte, also focusing his work in healthcare and HealthTech.

His volunteer roles, in addition to serving on the Board of NI2C have included: Service as a Trustee for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, mentorship at BluePrint Health and The Women’s Mentoring Initiative sponsored by Senator Kristin Gillibrand. He and his family support organizations and work in the areas of mental health, girls’ education, and food insecurity.

He received a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) and an MBA (with distinction) from NYU.  Anu also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University with a focus on health services and policy. Anu is a certified Integral Coach® (New Ventures West) and an ICF Certified coach. HIs other training and certifications include NACD, the Executive to Leader Institute® at Korn Ferry and the CEO Succession program at Korn Ferry.

Anu is an amateur drummer and enjoys reading, traveling, and nature. He is married to his college sweetheart; they have two children and live in New Jersey.

Milton Stewart is an innovator in the field of personal and organizational growth. As the founder of Kaizen Careers, Coaching and Consulting LLC, he employs the Enneagram not merely as a self-improvement tool, but as a compass for enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. A unique figure, Milton is one of the rare African-American male Enneagram educators. His acclaimed podcast, "Do It For The Gram: An Enneagram Podcast," imparts actionable Enneagram wisdom. Beyond his pioneering ventures, Milton has served as the first African-American male Global Board Member with the International Enneagram Association, a testament to his profound influence in the field.

Drawing from 13 years of studying the Enneagram, Milton’s experience spans across education—guiding adults to diplomas and supporting elementary education—and consulting, where he aligns with organizations, including Fortune 100 companies, to foster substantial growth. Milton is a sought-after speaker, sharing his insights at prestigious events and locations worldwide, including the Global Enneagram Summit and Stanford University. His philosophy of relentless improvement, encapsulated by the term "Kaizen," guides his transformative work with clients, assisting in their journey to transcend ego-driven boundaries.

As a founding member of Bickford Senior Living in 1991, Joe Eby currently serves as co-president, owner, and family member, along with his two brothers. Bickford Senior Living owns and operates over 3,000 units of independent, assisted living, and memory care communities across 11 states, from the upper Midwest to the East Coast. Bickford cultivates a culture of love and family to do “Whatever It Takes” in each of its nearly 3,000 caregiver family members.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Joe attended Mid-America Nazarene University. He went on to develop 5k+ units of senior housing throughout the Midwest. And as a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Academy, he embraces and champions a higher model of leadership.

Joe served as chapter chair for the Kansas City chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global community of extraordinary chief executives, where he is a member of 19+ years. He serves on the board of the directors for Argentum, the leading national trade association for the senior living industry.

He is an executive board member for the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), and recently joined the board of Ferrellgas. A publicly traded company,

Ferrellgas, is one of the nation’s largest retail marketers of propane, including the Blue Rhino brand. 

As a certified integral executive coach through New Ventures West, Joe leverages experience to extend his service inside and outside Bickford, integrating these tools and Stagen principles to develop leaders.

 Kenneth Richter is an international healthcare leader and physician who has shaped and led medical operations, strategy, governance, and policy at the highest levels of the Department of Defense (DoD). 

A 3-time combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, decorated physician, and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Kenneth is uniquely positioned to spearhead people, systems, and initiatives with tremendous global scope. He has held a seat at the table in top-level military executive positions for 10+ years, influencing strategy related to human capital, mental health, and general medical leadership focused on the most profound national and global problems. 

In his role as the US Navy’s Director for Mental Health Policy and Oversight, Kenneth oversees vast-scope operations and policymaking across the entire DoD, a $53B global integrated military health system with 190K+ personnel serving 9.6M beneficiaries. While in this position, he has chaired and co-chaired DoD and interagency committees, confronting critical national issues, including addictive substance misuse, sexual assault prevention strategy, opioid misuse mitigation strategy, and national suicide prevention strategy. 

Kenneth is a highly active board and committee leader who has served in numerous roles, including Scientific Advisory Board Member for ServareGMP, Co-Chair for the DoD’s Addictive Substance Misuse Advisory Committee (ASMAC), and Member of the Suicide Prevention and Risk Reduction Committee (SPARRC). He has also served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine since 2010 and has spoken many times at national and international conferences and philanthropic events. 

During his education, Kenneth completed a residency and internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He also earned a Doctorate in Osteopathy from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/PreMed from Arizona State University. He holds the International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D) and is a Certified Physician Executive. 

Diane is an artist, creative, and life long learner who brings along a sense of curiosity and wonder around understanding herself and relationships.  "It's still a journey for me, and I really love supporting others who have challenges and are ready to explore that with softness and tender holding space." Diane values community and has been a part of many circles that have contributed to her ability to bring tenderness to difficulty, including Enneagram studies through the School of Conscious Living, Russ Hudson, and The Enneagram Prison Project. She has also studied with Byron Katie and is a Martha Beck trained Wayfinder Coach. 

In addition to combining her inner work with community, Diane credits her creative and spiritual sides as a large part of shaping who she is and what she has to offer the world.  Through cooking, gardening, and art,  Diane finds self-expression that allows her to explore and honor her intuition and inner process, and find the inner resources to meet her challenges. Diane looks forward to contributing her gift of creatively connecting people with community and with themselves.
