Drawing on a diverse education culled from a variety of traditions, Camilla’s unique approach allows her clients to see themselves, and nuanced aspects of their lives, with greater clarity, thereby enabling them to approach life more skillfully.
Camilla received her Professional Certified Coach designation from New Ventures West, graduated from San Francisco State University’s Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program, is a certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram Training Institute teacher. She is also certified in Nine Domains/Innovation Circles and My Brain Solutions Leadership Coaching. In addition, Camilla has taken courses in Holistic Health, which offer complementary knowledge in alternative therapies, and Leadership Embodiment.
Christy's coaching thoughtfully and strategically supports clients in managing complex change and unlocking human potential. And in her program development and training projects, Christy fuses her 30 years of experience as an accomplished and award-winning executive leader with her passion for discovering and strengthening competencies and self-awareness in others.
On a daily basis, Christy draws on an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Social Work from Spalding University with a dual focus in social entrepreneurialism and clinical studies, and an Integral Coach Certification through New Ventures West, as well as decades of experience in a leadership. Christy has received many recognitions for her contributions to the community including being named the 25 Most Admired Leaders of 2021 and 2018 by Phoenix Business Journal.
James’s immense curiosity about people and life—and mostly about how to be useful to others—led him to develop the practical and customized methodology known as Integral Coaching®, a uniquely effective approach that integrates recent discoveries in biology, linguistics, developmental psychology, and twentieth-century philosophy. He introduced this approach through New Ventures West, which he founded in 1987. James is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He is a longtime Zen student and also practices yoga and qigong.

Bickford Senior Living owns and operates over 3,000 units of independent, assisted living, and memory care communities across 11 states, from the upper Midwest to the East Coast. He serves on the board of the directors for Argentum, the leading national trade association for the senior living industry.

Kenneth Richter is an international healthcare leader and physician who has shaped and led medical operations, strategy, governance, and policy at the highest levels of the Department of Defense (DoD). A 3-time combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, he has held top-level military executive positions for over a decade, influencing strategy related to human capital, mental health, and general medical leadership on national and global issues.
As the US Navy’s Director for Mental Health Policy and Oversight, Kenneth oversaw policymaking and operations across the DoD’s $53B global integrated military health system, supporting 190K+ personnel and 9.6M beneficiaries. He has chaired DoD and interagency committees addressing critical national issues, including opioid misuse mitigation, sexual assault prevention, and national suicide prevention strategy.
Kenneth earned his Doctorate in Osteopathy from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University.
Kirsten Brady is a results-oriented leader passionate about philanthropy and education, specializing in non-profit management and youth development. As a professional coach, she empowers non-profit executives to maximize their leadership potential and organizational impact. She is dedicated to supporting organizations that address critical needs and advocate for systemic change. Kirsten contributes to a variety of local and national organizations supporting numerous community initiatives and has a long history of leading non-profits focused on youth development, overseeing significant growth and impact. Kirsten resides in Portland and Bend, Oregon, where she enjoys exploring hiking
trails with her dogs and husband, practicing yoga, and spending time with her two adult children.
Milton Stewart is an innovator in the field of personal and organizational growth.
