Want to Join the Next REPAIR Cohort?

Fall 2025 Application

REPAIR Program

Resilience. Embodiment. Perspective. Awareness. Integration. Responsiveness.

The REPAIR Program is designed for those who have been impacted by interpersonal trauma and carry a lingering burden such as feeling uncomfortable in relationships, unsafe in their bodies, disconnected from the world, overwhelmed, triggered, lost, or isolated; as well as professionals who support people who have been impacted by interpersonal or collective trauma.

Over a program period of three months, trauma-informed Integral Coaches engage with participants in group practice sessions to create the conditions for healing and wholeness.

During our time together we gather weekly on zoom to participate in group practices to cultivate an inner sense of safety, connection, calm, freedom, and relief from the symptoms of unresolved trauma. Participants who elect to participate in individual coaching will also be paired with a coach for six individual coaching sessions scheduled according to your availability.

Program Content

R.E.P.A.I.R. Outcomes:

Our Group Practice Meetings will be dedicated to exercises and practices designed to build competencies in the following objectives:

Resilience

Co-regulation, self-regulation, stress response.

Through a progressive collection of exercises, participants will gain the ability to recognize the current state of their autonomic nervous system, as well as the ability to return home to themselves to a state of calm and security after experiences of overwhelm, anxiety, triggers, or escalated energy.

Embodiment

Grounding, and somatic awareness.

Participants will gain understanding of their inner felt experience through a curated handful of practices designed to connect to the wisdom of their bodies, and to utilize that connection for healing.

Perspective

Opening for new possibilities.

We will engage in a practice to learn to shift our perspective to embody new opportunities and possibilities for life.

Awareness

Self-observation and reflection.

Through a series of guided prompts and exercises, we will play with noticing how our experience shifts when we are aware of how we focus our attention, how we relate to awareness, and where we locate our "self" in the experience.

Integration

Living from our wholeness.

Through a guided exploration, participants will sense into different parts of themselves and learn to reclaim the parts they have previously disconnected from. The result of ongoing practice in this area is a feeling that the life we are living is more whole and complete.

Responsiveness

Appropriately generate what is needed for ourselves, others, and the situation.

Participants will engage exercises designed to support building the skill of attuning to ourselves, others, and the space between. We will also try on a stance or attitude that allows our natural response to be appropriately attuned to providing what is needed.

Is REPAIR for me?

Please reach us at jen@ni2c.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.

There are many forms of interpersonal or relational trauma, including: Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), intimate partner violence, complex trauma, attachment trauma, physical or sexual assault, and forms of abuse including physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, financial, and neglect.

Anyone who has been directly (personal experience), or indirectly (a loved one’s experience) impacted by interpersonal trauma; or provides direct professional or support services to people impacted by interpersonal trauma is welcome to join REPAIR.

In the REPAIR program, we work with participants to restore an inner experience of safety and wholeness that allows the ongoing experience of past trauma to resolve.

People who have an experience of trauma in their past will benefit from participating in our program. However, people who are currently in the midst of an acute traumatic crisis will benefit more from resolving that crisis with crisis intervention support to secure external safety first, and then taking our program afterwards to work through internal repair.

If you are in need of crisis intervention, find help here 24/7

One thing that all forms of interpersonal trauma have in common is that regardless of the original event that sparked the trauma, and no matter which observable behavioral or physical symptoms are manifested in an individual: the internal experience of carrying trauma in the body causes dysregulation in the autonomic nervous system (ANS).

This dysregulation can look and feel like a sensitivity to triggers associated with memories of the painful event; a flight response that feels like an urgent need to flee from parts of your life or parts of yourself - even to the point of self-sabotage; a fight response that feels like a vengeful urgency to confront others or defend against perceived threats; or a freeze response that feels like a surrender or immobilization. Dysregulation can also manifest as a constant undercurrent in our experience that looks and feels like a constant anxiety bubbling under the surface, or a persistent depression that feels like part of our personality, or chronic fatigue.

The ongoing experience of living with this dysregulation interferes with our innate ability to recover from traumatic experiences.

In REPAIR we will spend 13 weeks building up competencies through simple easy to learn practices that will ultimately help participants to be better able to self-regulate which results in a restored sense of safety inside of ourselves, in relationship with others, and in the world. Trauma sufferers who are able to integrate REPAIR competencies and practices ultimately experience the peace, joy, wholeness, freedom, and hope that they previously felt disconnected from.
