Meet our Staff

Jen Evans is the founder of NI2C and creator of the REPAIR program. Jen leads NI2C from a place of both personal and professional experience. Growing up with 9 ACEs in childhood, and experiencing the same traumas as the populations NI2C serves, Jen's lived experience includes a history of incarceration, addiction, assault, and homelessness; as well as a healing journey strengthened by the generous support of peers, mentors, and communities.

Along the way, part of Jen's healing journey began to include education and eventually service. Built upon an educational foundation of sociology, criminal justice reform, psychology, legal studies, and personal development, Jen brought her professional coaching certification and network of coaches dedicated to healing and social justice to create the REPAIR program and bring coaching and trauma-informed programs to justice impacted populations.

Currently nearing the end of her Masters in Psychology program, Jen is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee, pursuing eventual licensure as an LMFT. 

Jen is also actively building sustainable partnerships for providing health coaching and peer resource navigation for justice involved individuals through enhanced care management (ECM) services through Medi-Cal's CalAIM initiative.

By bringing together multidisciplinary teams of clinical and nonclinical providers, we provide whole person care to support moving from repairing to thriving.

Alleesa Franco (she/her) currently serves as the Education & Outreach Coordinator at Nested Integral Coaching Constellation (NI2C), supporting trauma-informed programs that empower transitional-aged youth to heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

This work is deeply personal to her. With lived experience navigating interpersonal and generational trauma, Alleesa brings empathy, honesty, and a strong belief in the potential of the youth she serves. Her personal story shapes how she shows up in relationship—with deep understanding and an unwavering commitment to supporting others on their path to resilience.

Before stepping into her current role, Alleesa worked closely with transitional-aged youth in a variety of support settings, where she quickly discovered her passion for creating safe spaces. Her background in crisis management, emotional support, and trauma-informed care has equipped her with the tools to help others regulate, ground, and reconnect with themselves.

Looking ahead, she plans to continue her education with a focus on early intervention and support for youth impacted by systemic barriers. Outside of work, Alleesa enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family, friends, and two beloved cats. She is honored to contribute to a mission rooted in healing, authenticity, and community transformation—and looks forward to growing alongside it, both personally and professionally.

Michael Mahar (He/Him) is a recent graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Communications. As a valued staff member at Nested Integral Coaching Constellation (NI2C), he serves as the Communications and Administration Assistant, creating digital outreach content that promotes personal growth and fosters connections within supportive communities. Michael’s journey with NI2C is deeply meaningful to him, as he contributes to the organization’s mission of promoting healing and wholeness through trauma-informed programs. With his background in communications, digital media, and content creation, he develops engaging social media and podcast content to amplify NI2C’s impact. Passionate about blending media with community building, Michael is committed to crafting innovative digital content that inspires and unites audiences in the nonprofit sector.

Andrea Guerrero (She/Her) is a recent graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Psychology. As a Communications and Outreach Assistant VISTA at

Nested Integral Coaching Constellation (NI2C), she focuses on trauma-informed

content that promotes healing, mental health awareness, and community connection. Andrea’s deeply interested in supporting and sharing NI2C’s mission to foster personal growth. With a strong foundation in psychology and a passion for understanding human behavior, Andrea brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work. Through

her role at NI2C, Andrea combines her academic background with creative outreach strategies to amplify the organization’s impact and connect meaningfully with diverse

audiences.
