Erika supports individuals on their journey of growth, transformation, and self-discovery with a compassionate heart and a deep commitment to healing. She meets each client with tenderness, curiosity, and respect, creating a safe and nurturing space where meaningful change can unfold.

Her approach is rooted in holistic and somatic practices that honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, and heart—inviting a new way of being to emerge. Erika is a Certified Integral Life Coach through New Ventures West. Her coaching is informed by her work as a Neurofeedback Technician, which has given her unique insight into the brain’s energy patterns and the power of neuroplasticity. Through cultivating integral practices that help to bring awareness, coherence and integration to the intelligence centers of the mind, body and heart, she helps clients come back into balance, shift perception, and transform their responses to the world around them.

Erika's formal education is in Philosophy, Political Science, and Public Health. She brings extensive experience in nutrition, health, and legal advocacy within the nonprofit space. Her personal journey through drug addiction, psychosis, anxiety and shame has deeply shaped her understanding of the healing process. These lived experiences inspire her to support others in discovering resilience, strength, and new possibilities within themselves.

A devoted gardener, student of yoga, psychology, meditation, and spiritual traditions, Erika continues to explore and embody the practices she offers others.

Ghazal is a trauma-informed life and leadership coach who brings the depth of her wide-ranging professional and personal experiences to her work supporting clients in reclaiming their authenticity, agency, and wholeness. Her Integral Coaching approach holds space for both strength and vulnerability, honoring how our backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences shape our subconscious beliefs and inner critic. With compassion and practicality, she empowers clients to reconnect with their inherent value and wisdom, and believes that when people are supported in their wholeness, they transform not only their own lives but also their families, workplaces, and communities.

Ghazal's coaching is deeply informed by her personal journey. Born in Iran during wartime and immigrating to the U.S. just before her 10th birthday, Ghazal grew up navigating a mixed cultural identity, financial hardships, housing insecurity, and  intergenerational traumas within her family. These experiences fuel her commitment to human rights, social justice, and creating safe spaces for authentic vulnerability as a path toward collective healing. She believes that when people from marginalized or minority groups are supported in their excellence and warrior spirit, they can stand firmly in their power and change the world — and that when allies are supported alongside them, change comes faster and is more enduring.

Ghazal graduated with honors from UCLA with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science, later earning a J.D. with an emphasis in Public Law and an LL.M. in International Comparative Law from Cornell Law School.  A former corporate litigation attorney with over 13 years of experience, she transitioned to coaching after a long journey of self-discovery catalyzed by the upheavals of 2020. She earned her Integral Coaching certification from New Ventures West and launched her coaching practice in 2023.  She continues to serve as Board Chair of the National Immigration Law Center, where she has been a director since 2013. She is fluent in Persian/Farsi, conversational in Spanish, a beginner in French, and a dedicated aikido practitioner.

Supporting your courageous movement toward what matters most to you is central to my approach. I bring compassion and wisdom that have been cultivated in the crucible of lived experience - the good, the bad and the ugly. I’ll meet you where you’re at - without judgment - and together we’ll make sense of what’s present while nurturing possibility. My style is warm, curious, spacious and creative.

With a diverse background spanning the nonprofit, public, and private sectors, I bring a seasoned perspective on social change. As a Certified Integral Coach, I draw on a range of somatic practices, mindfulness traditions, and insights from neuroscience and human development, all held in a way that’s trauma-sensitive and culturally aware. Coaching is an inherently creative process to me, one that invites us to become more of who we truly are. My years of Flamenco study inspire me to explore the edges of self-expression and bring a kind of collaborative, rhythmic flow to our sessions.

I am a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West with post-graduate training in Inner Critic work, advanced somatics, Enneagram (iEQ9 Practitioner) and Insight Meditation (including silent retreats). I also hold an MBA from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

Heidi Abosso is the founder of Noble Healing, where she creates mindfulness-based experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with the deeper wisdom that lives within them. As a Trauma-Informed Coach, she believes healing begins not by fixing what is broken, but by listening deeply to the body’s intelligence with curiosity, compassion, and presence. Her work is grounded in the belief that when we become fluent in the language of our own bodies, we remember that healing is not about fixing ourselves—it is about returning to who we have always been.

Heidi’s approach is deeply informed by both her professional training and her own healing journey from childhood trauma and Complex PTSD. Nature became her first teacher, long before she had the language of trauma, nervous system regulation, or attachment theory to describe what she was experiencing. Through years of intuitive exploration outdoors, she experienced the profound ways that stillness, movement, and connection with the natural world could restore a sense of safety, presence, and wholeness. She is passionate about bridging the wisdom of lived experience with the science of trauma and human development, making healing practices both accessible and deeply personal.

Heidi recently completed the Foundations of Coaching program through New Ventures West. Today, she integrates those lived insights with evidence-informed approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, Polyvagal Theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. She also draws from embodied practices including Reiki, meditation, and Yin Yoga to support deeper connection, integration, and lasting transformation. Through Noble Healing, she invites people to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-trust by fostering a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and the natural world.

Heidi is honored to be part of the REPAIR faculty, where she walks alongside others as they rediscover safety, wholeness, and the wisdom that has always lived within them.

Outside of her work, Heidi finds restoration in hiking, paddleboarding, at the beach, practicing yoga, traveling, playing with her rescue dog, Cambria, and spending time immersed in the quiet wisdom of the natural world.
